20:00 - [05 NOV | 17z - 20z] [DE] Frankfurt Back to the Roots
Back to the Roots Number 2!
After a successful Back to Roots event in Bremen, we start round 2 of this series. This time we have chosen Frankfurt. Here we go back to the time before the Northwest-Runway was opened in October 2011,
This runway will be closed for this event, so all air traffic will have to be handled on the remaining runways 25C/07C, 25L/07R and 18. This may also be a bit of a challenge for some controllers, as the possibility of parallel approaches, for example, is eliminated. In order to successfully implement this challenge for the controllers, we hope for numerous pilots, be there and challenge our Frankfurt controllers on 5th November between 17z and 20z by flying from or to Frankfurt.
